Created a RACI chart that shows roles/responsibilities for the different project deliverables and made a stakeholders analysis to identify stakeholders and know how to manage them

PROJECT PLAN AND EXECUTION

In the project planning, I brainstormed and listed tasks for each deliverable milestone by analysing interviews with the project team and accessing domain knowledge to get other possible tasks involved in the project. I developed a Gantt chart to show the time and duration of each task. I also created the quality standards for evaluation and some survey questions to gather customers' feedback from the project user testing.

CLOSEOUT DOCUMENT

I created a closeout report where I gave a summary of the project and assessed the project performance based on scope, quality and cost baselines. I also gathered lessons learned, developed the next steps of action, and added links to project documents

I prepared a brief impact report for executive stakeholders to show the impact of the project and its benefit to the strategic objectives and goals of the business.
